Our Family Dogs
Clancy
Clancy was my very first basset hound. I adopted him from secondhand hounds when he was about a year and a half old. He was a stray before I brought him to his forever home. Clancy was a very sweet and loving boy who developed epilepsy and managed with it for about four years after the diagnosis. When he was eight he crossed the rainbow bridge. He still holds a very special place in my heart.
Chester
Chester was a very special boy. He had a big heart and an even bigger personality. He was a very handsome tri color and he was an amazing family dog. When I had brought my girls home he fell in love. He was always with them watching over them. As Chester got older he slowed down but that didn't stop him from coming on trips and adventures with the family. He crossed the rainbow bridge at 12 years of age.
Jett Jett
We adopted Jett Jett when he was an old boy. We didn't have him for long as his old age and health issues made life difficult. In the short time that we had him we gave him the best last years he could have had. He came on camping trips and went on lots of walks. He was very loved and when he passed it was very difficult, but time healed our hearts. He is very dearly missed.
Copper
Copper came into our lives after Jett Jett had passed. We adopted him when he was seven months old and we are grateful that he is still here with us today. Copper has an amazing personality and he loves with his whole heart. He is very good at giving us scares but he always pulls through. He's our little old man and the micromanager at the dog park, keeping everyone in check. He just turned 11 this year and we are looking forward to many more years with him.
Olivia
Olivia is my very first female basset hound and first puppy from a breeder! She came home and immediately stole all of our hearts. She's got an amazing set of wrinkles on her cute little face! Olivia, affectionately nicknamed Livi, is full of energy and loves playing with her sisters. Occasionally she'll even try to get Copper involved! She has a big personality and an even bigger heart for all the love she has to give. At four years old she's got a long life full of love ahead of her!
Sweetie
Sweet Caroline, affectionately nicknamed Sweetie, is my second female basset. She is an energetic and playful soul. At almost two years old, she's going to be expecting a litter of puppies! Sweetie is full of life and full of love! When I started fostering puppies she has proven time and time again that she is an amazing caregiver and will be an amazing mother.
Max
Max was my daughter's first dog. He was a ball of energy and loved to run and play. For a short dog, he had quite the jump in him. He was known for getting out of the yard and wandering around town. Due to an unfortunate accident we lost him at just a year and a half. He was very loved and protective of the ones he loved. He had a very good life and we miss him very much.
Nova
Nova is my daughter's dog. She has a very lovely, kind, sweet soul. Full of energy and full of life she loves to run and play. When she's running she's a sight to behold: graceful and quick she's popular at the dog park. She's very good with other dogs and a good big sister to her little sisters. Nova is five years old and she has a long life ahead of her.
